Follow the signs to Lucca centre, then Barga and Castelnuovo Garfagnana
Near the historical centre of Castelnuovo Garfagnana
• Turn left on Vittorio Emanuele Street /SR445 (450m)
• cross Umberto I Square, then continue on Garibaldi Street /SR445
• near the police station, turn left on Debbia Street /SP69, following the signs to Cerretoli
continue for about 1 km, until on the left you find a way that signals the entrance to the Fortress.
